Must hold JLPT N4 (or JFT-Basic A2) and have passed the relevant Specified Skilled Worker (SSW-i) Skills Evaluation Test.Key Responsibilities:
Linen Stripping & Inspection: Remove used duvet covers, pillowcases, flat sheets, and mattress protectors; check for stains, damages, or guest forgotten items (wasuremono).
Hotel-Standard Bed Making: Fit fresh sheets with crisp hospital corners (三角折り), insert duvets smoothly into covers without bunching, and set pillows to uniform brand standards.
Room Reset & Amenities: Restock guest yukatas/pajamas, towels, slippers, and tea sets according to the standard setup diagram.
Linen Sorting & Cart Management: Transport soiled laundry to the designated chutes or collection bins and restock floor service carts with fresh linen bundles.
Damage & Maintenance Reporting: Promptly report broken headboard lamps, torn protectors, or HVAC/plumbing anomalies to the floor checker or housekeeping supervisor.
Inspection Readiness: Ensure the room passes checker standards (no wrinkles, hair, dust, or misalignment) before guest check-in.

Role Requirements & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift mattresses, and push heavy linen carts throughout 4 to 8-hour shifts.
Speed & Focus: Ability to maintain a steady tempo to meet target turnover times (typically 15–25 minutes per room, depending on room size and single/twin layout).
Attention to Detail: Zero tolerance for stray hair, dust, or sheet wrinkles.
